Homeschool Basics Consultation

If you want to know how to start homeschooling, but don't know how...this consultation is for you. You will learn about Florida laws for homeschooling, homeschooling methods, curriculum options, annual evaluations and homeschool communities. The fee for this service is $50 an hour.

Homeschool Schedule Consultation

This consultation will focus on learning how to plan out your year and your week to support your student's educational needs. Some parents find planning for the upcoming school year to be a challenge they are not willing to tackle without help. During this consultation, we will list out everything that needs to be on your child's daily and weekly schedule in order to provide them with a well rounded education. We will take into account each child's age, learning style, their ability to work independently or in groups with their siblings and the amount of time your family will be devoting to school each day. A lot of our time will be spent talking about your families natural daily rhythm. A rhythm is a foundational timeline for how families get through the school day and still have time left for each family member to nourish their own needs in enrichment opportunities. Every family should establish a steady daily rhythm to ensure stress free days. Once we have established the daily and weekly schedule, we can then take the curriculum your family has chosen and create a pacing schedule for the school year. This pacing schedule will allow parents to stay on track with their child's lessons. After our consultation, I will create a daily schedule, weekly schedule and a pacing schedule for your child's lessons. Parents will receive a digital copy of the completed documents. The fee for this service is $50 an hour.

Homeschool Curriculum Consultation

If you have decided to begin the journey of homeschooling and are ready to create a homeschool culture in your family...this consultation is for you.

If you are currently homeschooling, but want to embrace a change in your homeschool...this consultation is for you.

At this consultation, I will first meet with you and your children to create short and long term goals for your family. My number one goal is to make sure you will be nurturing the whole child, not just their academic progress. I will then assess your child's learning styles and get feedback on their personal interests. This will allow us to navigate the type of curriculum that will best meet their learning style. The rest of the consultation will be spent talking over curriculum options and selecting ones that will be a good fit for your child's needs. After our meeting, I will create a plan for your family including the established goals, the learning styles assessment results and curriculum recommendations. The fee price for this consultation is $50 an hour.
